Is [X11COLORS] Robert B. Hess. _Colors_By_Name_

_Colors_By_Name_ links to

And that redirects to
<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/default.aspx>. Clearly, that
link is broken. I propose changing the link to point to something
else, and why not <http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/types.html#ColorKeywords>?
