A new editor's draft of css3-multicol is available from:

  http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-multicol

The changes are:

 - pseudo-algorithm updated (thanks to Sylvain)

     http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-multicol/#pseudo-algorithm

 - new example (XIX) added that shows how right-floating elements may
intrude into previously laid out lines

     http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-multicol/#overflow-and-multicol-elements

Also, the proposed solution to express column breaks has been
confirmed in today's F2F meeting:

  http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-multicol/#column-breaks

The 'column-span' property remains unchanged.
