[css3-values] spelling mistakes in css3-values

http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-values/ contains the following spelling
mistakes, according to the English aspell dictionary:

  mistake -> replacement
  ======================
  specifiction -> specification       (amusing, though)
  identifer -> identifier
  esthetic -> aesthetic               (arguable)
  specifed -> specified
  propertionally -> proportionally
  specifed -> specified               (second occurrence)
  mathemathical -> mathematical
  non-descript -> nondescript
  therby -> thereby

(I noticed "mathemathical", and then decided to just spell-check the
whole document.)
