[css21] Allowed page breaks

In http://www.w3.org/Style/Group/css2-src/page.html#allowed-page-breaks, Rule D says:
- Rule D: In addition, breaking at (2) is allowed only if the 'page-break-inside'<outbind://68/page.html#propdef-page-break-inside> property of all ancestors is 'auto'.

I think that should be:
+ Rule D: In addition, breaking at (2) is allowed only if the 'page-break-inside'<outbind://68/page.html#propdef-page-break-inside> property of *the element and* all *its* ancestors is 'auto'.
