Writing a CSS Validator is rather easy provided you have a good parser
with a good programming interface underneath. Call me when it's ready,
I'll add the validation engine on top of it. A good parser would be at
least as compliant as FireFox, and as for a good interface one can read
what I wrote about it in the libcroco mailing list archives.
