error in CSS 2.1 grammar

The current spec says

   O		o|\\0{0,4}(51|71)(\r\n|[ \t\r\n\f])?|\\o

where it should read

   O		o|\\0{0,4}(4f|6f)(\r\n|[ \t\r\n\f])?|\\o
