Yes that's right - my mistake.
So the last case should be:

CASE 5 - Similar to CASE 4 but table height is smaller.
IE7 - Increase table height
FF2, FF3, Safari - Respect the minimum row height and sacrifice the % height of later rows
Opera - reduce the row height proportionately

I'd note that the differences in these cases between Firefox 2 and
current betas of Firefox 3 are the result of the changes in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197391 .

I'm actually seeing the behavior you mark as Firefox 2 only in
current betas of Firefox 3 on this one.


(Maybe more thoughts later, but I wanted to provide this
information, since I have it.)
