David,

Cost of implementation is mainly not function of task,
but of instrument, using to solve task !!
Any breakout is invention of the new instrument.
I already try to find new instrument before to solve
problem in forehead, "linearly". E.g. i try to make this
in proposals to enter new _interactive tags_ instead of AJAX
(in my HTML6), in proposals about integration of DBMS and
browsers ('web integration' in http://sql50.euro.ru/sql5.ppt ).

In our particular case,
not browser for special device are necessary,
but engine for trigger mode.

Avarage users always download css by browser.

>> robots always cash css-files.
DD> No they don't

I wanted say 'search server'.
You objection remains in force after this correction ?

DD> If your goal is to look at photographs, then it is a problem.

Main in this task is not a content (of site),
main is destination of product (of program).
Browsing of inet means, that program (Lynx) is general-purpose.

DD> (and the word is 'cache').

By the way, i always glad to know about my mistakes (seriously),
i.e. correct me anywhen and never scruple.
