David,

Boris, this proposal exists not itself, but to _serve_ direct
XML-communication with DBMS:
i implore you to read http://sql50.euro.ru/sql5.ppt finally !!
And bad heritage ( tablename\#fieldname ) is really heavy to user.

  David, community allowed much decisions, not bound with other branchs
(i.e. with break of system characteristics). For example,
with what branch is bound decision to convert attributes into tag at sending
(<form enctype="application/x-www-form+xml">
www.whatwg.org/specs/web-forms/current-work/#x-www-form-xml ) ??!!
First what came into head ?
  So entrance of
xxx#yyy
  instead at least of
xxx.#yyy
  is not first bad decision.

I already thought about compatibility.
Now i have only one idea to compensate mintioned mistake -
to change value of @type or of @rel in
<link href= type="text/css" rel="stylesheet">
