[css3-namespace] last call for comments

The CSS WG published a new draft of the CSS Namespaces Module. This is 
intended to be the last draft (the next version is hopefully a Candidate 
Recommendation) and so this is the last call for comments. The deadline 
is March 7.

     Abstract

     This CSS Namespaces module defines the syntax for using namespaces
     in CSS. It defines the @namespace rule for declaring the default
     namespace and binding namespaces to namespace prefixes, and it also
     defines a syntax that other specifications can adopt for using those
     prefixes in namespace-qualified names.

As usual, please send comment to this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>, 
and put [css3-namespace] in the subject, to make it easier for the WG to 
find the comments.
