David, any opinion on this? Specifically, on whether Firefox will change 
to pass these tests:


The Safari team presumably already consider this something they will fix, 
as they have two bugs filed on this (one for each of the above test 
cases). I presume that they are in a stabilisation stage for October's 
release, though, and are therefore not going to fix it before Safari 3.
