[css3-multicol] Undefined Terms

In Section 8, I see:

"In any case, the user agent should try to honor the 'widows' and
'orphans' properties."  

I can't find these properties anywhere.  Please include a reference
to the CSS3 module where they are specified.  No, at this stage of
CSS3 development, links to the specifications of these properties
are not appropriate.  However, the module should be named; if that
module is somewhat stable, also indicate the section number within
the module.
