I've checked with Paul Nelson, and we have decided to adopt your
proposal for punctuation-trim. It should appear in the next draft. :)

Just to clarify, the 'adjacent' value in 'punctuation-trim' is a
replacement for the AXF / old CSS3 Text kerning-mode 'contextual'?
