[css3-values] percentages missing from calc() grammar

Hi,

  FWIW, in http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-css3-values-20060919/#calc the
definition of calc(...) is incomplete; it does not define 'length-unit'
and whatever it is, it is unlikely to include percentages. The draft
hower uses percentages in examples, so I suspect they are missing from
the grammar.
