Section 8.4 of CSS Print contains informative text about default style
rules, and some of that text is out-of-date with respect to the latest
version of CSS 2.1 at http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/
<http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/> . (For example, a rule is suggested to
use small-caps to render abbreviations. This suggestion is obsolete.)

The next version of CSS Print should remove most of this section, to
avoid inconsistencies with CSS 2.1. The default style sheet in Appendix
E of CSS 2.1 should be referenced, and divergences should be minimized.

Best wishes,

Melinda
