[css] Status of scoped style sheets?

Dear WG,

what are your current plans regarding scoped style sheets, as defined in "Syntax of CSS rules in HTML's "style" attribute" [1]?

While this document seems buried and forgotten, it instead might need revital (see recent discussion on the "style" attribute [2], for example), and could also use another status.

(By the way, over two years ago, I already complained about apparently "suboptimal" references to this draft, as well as at least two mistakes in it [3].)
