[css3-multicol] Dcoument Errors

There are two documentation errors in
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-css3-multicol-20051215/>.  



In section 6.3, the section title is 'column-break-inside'.
However, the presentation says the name is 'column-break-after'.  

In the Property index, the above error causes 'column-break-after'
to appear twice, the second time linking to section 6.3.  The index
has no visible entry for 'column-break-inside'.
