This will probably in due course be possible using <link rel="bindings">. 
It can't really be done through CSS due to problems that causes with the 
processing model. (It shouldn't really be done using <link> either, which 
is why the XBL2 spec doesn't say that yet; I need to resolve some problems 
and will probably add something to HTML5 to do it.)
