[CSS3] Where has 'text-underline-*' gone?

Hello,

I'm having a hard time to find the "text-underline-*" collection of
properties in the currently listed CSS3 modules at <http://www.w3.org/
Style/CSS/current-work>.

Formerly, they were part of the "CSS3: Text" module, which seems no
longer to be listed in the "What's New" section, and the version in the
"Roadmap" actually points to "CSS3 Text Effects Module", which does no
longer contain "text-underline-*" (and it is not mentioned in the "8.
Changes ..." section, except for when it is considered *related* to
'text-decoration').

Are they to reappear in the "CSS3 Text Effects Module" some time later again?

Regards, Christian.
