I have uploaded some comments on the CSS3 Ruby Module (currently in CR) at

http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-ruby-20030514/

to

http://www.w3.org/International/2005/05/css3-ruby-review

These have not yet been endorsed by the i18n Core WG.

I have spoken with Michel Suignard about the bopomofo, the meaning of right value, and the missing inline value, and unless he remembers something he didn't then, he agrees that these are valid points.

(Note that addressing some of these issues will presumably put this spec back to WD, since adding it will constitute substantive change.)
