There are no differences between the two versions of ISO/IEC 10646
that cause any form of incompatibility here, and while I agree that
the reference should be updated, we should not adopt the reference
to ISO/IEC 10646:2001 as it is outdated since publication of ISO/IEC
10646:2003. In fact, XML 1.1 should not have referenced the 2001
edition either.
