Section 3.3 How do you intend to get interoperable implementations without specifying error handling. Asking authors not to rely on specific error handling behaviour is not enough! Implementers will be forced to copy error handling of the most popular implementation to ensure that interoperability is achieved. Please specify error handling. Regards, Craig Northway
