[css3-background] background-position

I wanted to ask this in my previous e-mail[1], but I forgot. Why wasn't 
my e-mail about 'background-position-x' and 'background-position-y' 
addressed[2]? At least one WG member thought it made sense but it was 
never formally withdrawn as an option for the CSS3 Background Module.

Please mark that e-mail as a possible issue and handle it appropriately 
before moving to the next draft.
