CSS3 multiple background images

body { background: url(foo) repeat-x, url(bar) fixed repeat-y; } is the
best conceivable syntax.

Based on the way the font-face property behaves, the backgrounds should
be listed from topmost to bottommost.

Where the topmost fails (i.e. is transparent), the one lower shows
through and so on.:)
