[css2] Visual formatting model (typos)

There (still) are some typos in the section about the visual formatting
model:

* "Within a block box, an inline boxes participate [...]" ("Inline-level
elements and inline boxes" [1])

* "<P>Some <EM>emphasized</em> text</P>" (Same section; I suggest the latter
"em" element to be written uppercase, too.)

* "[...] establishes a new a new containing block [...]" ("Relative
positioning" [2])

* "Otherwise, 'position' has the value 'absolute' or 'fixed', 'display' is
set to [...]" ("Relationships [...]" [3])

-- I hope these will be fixed sometime since the latter typos have already
been reported nearly one year ago [4].
