I still did not find word 'block' there :( Am I blind?

Anyway about this famous paragraph....
There you will find :"Font names containing any such characters or
whitespace should be quoted"

"...SHOULD be quoted" is just wrong here.

Must be changed to: "MUST be quouted according to rules of CSS grammar [link
to grammar] ".
