CSS3 Tests site errors fixed

Thank you to everyone who pointed out my errors (never thought I'd say that), and to Dave Hyatt. I wrote the ~ test at about 11:00 at night, so my eyes weren't as great; however Mozilla still doesn't get it right. I followed the syntax the specs suggest. I don't have a Safari to test one (except at school), so I will be very happy if you send me compabibiltiy info. I know there is a Test suite. I set up this site because I wanted to explore CSS3 myself. I'll be getting around to pseudo-classes in the very near future. Rest assured you'll receive an email whenever I get them online. Coming soon are tests for :enabled/disabled, :contains, and other fun pseudo classes. Oh BTW I never liked Tables for layout to whoever said that.
