Rejecting bad sites, even as a consumer, would lock out most major
brands.  As an employee, one is expected to find the best product
for the employer or to use the products that they have already chosen
and use the best available sources of support information.  The 
ability to apply market forces in this way is a luxury that very 
few can afford.
