[css3-speech] New draft of the CSS3 Speech Module from Bert Bos on 2004-07-27 (www-style@w3.org from July 2004)

The CSS WG has published a new working draft of the CSS3 Speech
Module:

    http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-css3-speech-20040727

It contains an updated set of properties for output via a speech
synthesizer, which are compatible with the Speech Synthesis Mark-up
Language (http://www.w3.org/TR/speech-synthesis/), that recently
became a Proposed Recommendation.

As usual, comments are welcome on this mailing list. Please use the
convention of starting the Subject line with "[css3-speech]", so the
editors can more easily find the comments.
