There is no HTML <blink> as far as W3C standards have been concerned.
It would be a presentational element, and therefore deprecated, if it
had have existed, and it is undesirable from an accessibility point
of view (authors are required not to make things blink until users
are able to tell their browsers to suppress blinking).
