Last October, Joe Clark sent a message to this list, arguing for a new
media type 'reader' to complement the existing 'screen', 'print',
etc., and which would be targeted especially at screen readers.

Some people think it is a great idea, some others think it can't work,
yet others think the existing types are sufficient. In other words,
some discussion is needed. But it is easier to discuss a concrete
proposal, so the CSS WG made a draft:

    http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-css3-reader-20040224/

Please, use the convention to start the Subject line with
[css3-reader], when you discuss this draft.

For the CSS WG,
Bert
