2.1 draft (http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-CSS21-20030915). We want to
publish CSS 2.1 as a CR in about two weeks. Please let us know this

The Long description illustrating relationship between page box
and sheet
http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/images/longdesc/page-info-desc.html has
a link "return to image" which is incorrect. Should return to the
section on page margins 13.2.1, but instead goes back to section
12.
