Hi list,

In reading about opacity in CSS, I discovered the opacity property in CSS3. I would like to propose separate opacity properties for foreground and background. This is useful for making the background translucent, while keeping the text opaque for better legibility.

Excuses if this has been said already, I searched but didn't find it.

Regards,

Robbert Haarman
