There is one implementation (Mozilla on Win32) -- it was removed from
CSS2.1 because no other UA implementor indicated any interest in
implementing it in the near future.

Personally I use font-size-adjust on a daily basis (there's a rule using
it in my user stylesheet in fact) and I like it very much. :-)
