[css3-lists] Renaming <glyph>

In the CSS3 Lists module Working Draft,
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-css3-lists-20021107>, there is a value type
<glyph>. I'm requesting a change in the name of the value type. I anticipate
that CSS will eventually include a mechanism for alternate glyph selection,
in which context the type name <glyph> will be appropriate for use.

Suggestions for the new name are <marker-glyph> and <dingbat>. Other
suggestions are welcome.
