CSS3 Math Module

Hi,
I maintain small website http://geocities.com/chavchan/
that illustrates possibilities of CSS rendering in scientific publishing.
And I am curious about W3C Math module. Up to now I saw no working draft 
published and no info about W3C activity in this area. Is W3C really 
developing this module? And if it is, then when working drafts will be 
available? Could someone shed some light on this issue?
