Its pretty much essential for multi namespace documents; excpect to
see @namespace referenced in SVG 1.2. Hopefully the Selectors module
will remain at a suitable maturity level for that to happen.

An update document that retires the WD and points to the CSS Selectors
module is probably a good idea.
