[css-page] New, last draft of CSS3 Paged Media Module

This is the (hopefully) last call for comments on the draft "CSS3
Paged Media Module":

It contains properties and @-rules that deal with pagination: running
headers, page numbers, page margins, etc.

The deadline for comments is January 31. The next step after that
should is a W3C Candidate Recommendation (unless the comments uncover
problems).

Please send comments to this mailing list. To help the working group
find them, please prefix any message with "[css3-page]", as in the
subject line of this message.
