[CSS 2.1] Possible anonymous table object errata

Shouldn't rule 5 of Section 17.2.1 "Anonymous table objects"
also mention table-column-group and table-column objects?

As written, the rules seem to call for placing them inside an anonymous
table-row object which would then place them inside an anonymous
table-cell which I doubt is what is wanted.
