Following are editorial suggestions for section 8, "Box model"
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-CSS21-20020802/box.html>), of the Cascading
Style Sheets level 2.1 draft

8.2 Example of margins, padding, and borders

The border in the images is only halfway backed by the background.  It
looks like an SVG stroke rather than a good old-fashioned CSS border.

"The margins of the LI boxes are transparent -- margins are always
transparent -- so the background color (green) of the UL padding and
content areas shines through them."

Use real em dashes.
