Following are editorial suggestions for section 8, "Box model"
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-CSS21-20020802/box.html>), of the Cascading
Style Sheets level 2.1 draft
(<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-CSS21-20020802>).

8.2 Example of margins, padding, and borders

The border in the images is only halfway backed by the background. It
looks like an SVG stroke rather than a good old-fashioned CSS border.

"The margins of the LI boxes are transparent -- margins are always
transparent -- so the background color (green) of the UL padding and
content areas shines through them."

Use real em dashes.
