Common browsers support lots of things that are not standard. That is not
reason in itself to make them standard. X11 colours are poorly-designed
and provide no benefit over just using rgb values. There is no reason to
make them a requirement of a CSS3 implementation. An informative note and
link to X11COLORS for browser authors' benefit would be enough.

Authors should not be encouraged to use the X11 colours.
