as of my knowledge - u can't...
In a <SELECT>, u can edit width, font-size, etc but not the "scrollkbar"
(If its possible - i would really like to know - i've been trying to modify
it myself...)

I am new to CSS, so bear with the stupid question. :)

How can I use CSS to modify the scroll bar, arrow button, etc. on a <SELECT>
list? I would like to modify it the same way as the window scroll bar...
