basic CSS support in Mozilla Composer

Hi there,

I am happy to announce that I just added basic CSS support to
Composer, the content editor in Mozilla and Netscape6 distributions.
When the corresponding user preference is set, Composer generates
CSS inline styles instead of deprecated HTML4 elements and/or
attributes.
