Yes, I think you can.

Also, HTML Writers Guild has a hwg-style mailing list for CSS authoring
questions too; relatively low traffic and little-to-no developing
standards discussion, but some good people:

      http://www.hwg.org/lists/hwg-style

What other mailing lists about CSS are out there?  Might make a good
note for the book I'm working on.
