css and dhtml support are claimed,
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) support (compliant with CSS1 core
functionality)
Internet Explorer for Windows CE supports Dynamic HTML (DHTML),
without wishing to offend, this link is a great 'puff' for wince, the
reality is somewhat different,

does anyone know of a page or site which lists what aspects are
supported, or not....?

<embed>, and <p color="white"> seem not to be, but this is my first
look into this issue

thanks
