Or we could just normatively reference the SVG 1.0 W3C Recommendation
from last year

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/types.html#ColorKeywords

which will be stable. MSDN reorganizes very often, so links into it
are fragile and not really suitable for normative reference.
