New CSS drafts: "Text" & "Media queries"

Two new drafts were published yesterday. Some people already
discovered them.

"Media queries" updates the draft of the same name that was published
last month. The differences are small: apart from some corrections to
the text, only a new 'color-index' feature was added.

"CSS3 module: text" succeeds the "International layout" draft. (It was
high time: that draft dated from 1999! There has been a lot of
discussion since then). The biggest change is that this new draft is
now written as a module of CSS3, which means it includes everything
related to text, including the things that already exist in CSS2.

This is a long and complicated draft, because it refers to typographic
traditions of many different languages. But in principle, it should
all still make sense, even if you don't know Japanese or Arabic. So
shout it if it does not.
