Netscape Vs Explorer

Hello there.

I hope that I'm not OT.

I have a trouble with my page visualization with IE and Netscape 4.75. I
have a centered table (width=780) with a style for body tag:

body 	{  	background-image: url(images/bodyspacer.gif);
		background-repeat:
		repeat-y;
		background-position: center top;
		background-attachment: fixed;
		background-color: #C56114
	}

Can see it on lab.fastmedia.it/tecnisol/home.htm

The same page on Netscape (only with version 4.75) dont'work. I have
seen that background-position option doesn't work on Netscape 4.x so my
answer is: there is a way to have the same visible result like in IE ?

I try also simple a centered table with 100% height and bgcolor but on
netscape I have some spce on the bottom of window (for the scroll bar I
think).
