local copies of www.w3.org/tr/wd-xsl

I'm setting up a production site that is using xml with the transformation
document www.w3.org/tr/wd-xsl.  Since I need to reference this document to
perform the transformation I would like to keep a local copy that I could
reference in my xsl so that I don't have to open my web server to the w3c
site. Is there a place I can get the actual document for downloading?
