The headline and content of the following section are
somewhat muddled:

5.3.4.1 ... 'user-focus-key' property
  ...
  by clicking on it with a pointing device.

5.3.4.2 ... 'user-focus-pointer' property
  ...
  the user focusses it specifically by "tabbing" into it.
